User-Initiated Sharing: By design, the information you add to your Profio card is meant for sharing. When you present your QR code or share your card URL, any person with access to that link can view the contact details you have provided.

Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We use trusted service providers (like cloud hosting) to operate the app, all of whom adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.

Camera Access

Required to scan physical business cards and QR codes to instantly add new contacts to your library.

Contacts Library

Used only when you click "Save Contact." The app requests permission to write data directly to your phone's address book.

Photo Gallery

Used to allow you to select a profile picture or company logo for your digital card.

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your Profio account is active. You may edit or remove any individual field on your card at any time. If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so in the app settings, and all your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.
